What to include

  • Bug reports: the tool you were using, what you expected, what happened instead, and your browser if possible.
  • Tool requests: a short description of the task you want to solve — the more concrete, the better.
  • Feedback: anything that would make Pockly more useful for you.

We typically reply within a few business days. Privacy-related requests (for example, data deletion for tools that use an account) are handled through the same address.
